The Villa
Villa ZeniMo is ideal for large groups of friends and families or corporate travelers. With its stunning rooftop terrace, amazing pool area and cozy ambiance, our villa is perfect for boutique weddings and special events.
The villa is located on the top of a steep hill and the nearest beach Surin is 10 minutes by walk. Along the street at the base of the hill, you’ll find a delightful variety of local conveniences, including small supermarkets, a fruit market, charming local shops, and casual restaurants.
Just a few minutes away by car, you’ll find some of the island’s most famous beach bars, such as Cafe del Mar, Carpe Diem, and Catch Beach Club. Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are just 15 minutes away by car. Phuket International Airport is only 20 km away, while Phuket Town and Patong Beach are a 25-minute drive.

Villa ZeniMo features 9 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms, 3 deluxe rooms, 1 standard room and 2 family apartments, each with a living room, dining area, and kitchenette. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests.
Social area
Villa ZeniMo features a private bar with billiard table and indoor casual seating for 60 persons and outdoor lounging areas for 20 persons. This area makes the villa ideal for corporate retreat, teambuilding, boutique weddings, celebrating anniversaries, birthday parties etc. There is a wine menu with a selection of champagne, red, white, and rosé wine (at extra cost).
Fitness, boxing & yoga
Villa ZenioMo’s facilities provide the perfect holiday escape for its visitors who crave a bit of thrill and excitement – or even simple relaxation. Everybody can keep up with his fitness routine and exercise in our super equipped fitness center with boxing area. Guest who wants to relax and recharge their well-being can enjoy our yoga room facing the palm trees and see at any time.

Small and cozy beauty salon welcomes our guests with an elegant interior. The beauty salon features hair styling area and nail services zone, as well as a corner for the ladies to relax and have tea or coffee while waiting for their beauty session. Hair stylist, manicure & pedicure service, make-up artist on request.

Villa ZeniMo has its own spa room with two massage table with private ensuite facilities, to enjoy a quiet treatment in air-conditioned comfort. A dedicated guest service experience team will offer to our guests a full list of different massage treatments on request.
Excellent services
In addition to guest facilities, Villa ZeniMo has staff quarters to ensure excellent service for the duration of your stay. Staff service is included in your stay at the property from 8 am to 9 pm (extra hours may incur additional charges at the discretion of the property policy). The villa staff includes a full-time villa manager, housekeeping, and a professional chef. If your group exceeds 10 guests and you plan to have most of your meals at the villa, the chef may need to hire extra help in the kitchen. Please discuss this with the villa manager.
